Article Snippet: HaCaT cells were cultured with the patch extract, and cell viability in the extract was measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader after 24 h. Following 24-h culture in the patch extract, HaCaT cells were stained with the Live/Dead Double Staining Kit (Beyotime, Shanghai, China) and observed under a fluorescence microscope (Ex/Em = 490/515 nm for Calcein-AM and Ex/Em = 535/617 nm for PI).
